# Pricing: a 25%–50% revenue share, nothing upfront

> No setup fee, no deposit, no monthly retainer. Bunny Agency's commission is **25%–50% of your page's earnings**, scaling with how much of the operation you hand over. The exact rate goes in writing before you sign — and you can leave whenever you want.

## What you pay

| Item | Cost |
| --- | --- |
| Application and onboarding call | Free |
| Account audit | Free |
| Setup fees / deposits | None |
| Monthly retainer | None |
| Management (chatting, marketing, account management, protection) | 25%–50% of your page's earnings, fixed in writing before you sign |
| Minimum contract length | None — end the partnership at any time |

Where you land in the 25%–50% range depends on how much of the work we run — full-service management with 24/7 chatting sits higher than marketing alone. You get your number in writing on the onboarding call, before you commit to anything. Most agencies don't publish their commission at all; we think you should know it before you apply.

## Agency break-even calculator

An agency only makes sense if you keep more with it than without it. Put in what your page makes now, what you think it could make under management, and a commission rate.

The rule behind the calculator: **break-even growth = commission ÷ (1 − commission)**. It is the revenue growth an agency has to deliver before you are better off than running the page alone.

| Agency commission | Revenue growth needed to break even | Example: $3,000/month solo needs… |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 25% | +33% | $4,000/month |
| 30% | +43% | $4,286/month |
| 35% | +54% | $4,615/month |
| 40% | +67% | $5,000/month |
| 50% | +100% | $6,000/month |

For context, Bunny Agency states that its average creator sees a 50% to 300% increase in monthly revenue within the first three months. That is an agency-wide average, not a promise — and the calculator ignores the value of the hours you get back.

## How the money flows

1. A subscriber pays on OnlyFans.
2. OnlyFans keeps its 20% platform fee and pays the remaining 80% out to **your** account, under your name.
3. The agency share is calculated on that payout and invoiced to you.

Your earnings are paid to you by OnlyFans, not routed through us.

## Is a revenue share worth it?

The arithmetic is simple: management is worth it when what you keep *after* the agency share is more than what you'd make alone — and when the hours you get back matter to you. At a 25%–50% commission, that means the agency has to grow your page by a third to double before you come out ahead, so the growth has to be real.
